Silver Fern was initially formed by three close friends raiding T5 content in BC who tired of big guild drama.
We offer a friendly, supportive environment to people interested in the same who can bring good understanding and skills to their play. We prefer our members to be over 18, and have a mature outlook.
We value trust and fair play. Loot whoring, asshattery and harassment of others are not tolerated.
Our current membership spans many time zones, but has changed over time to represent mainly server prime-time. Currently we are only raiding Ulduar 10-man midweek starting between 9 and 10pm depending on day and usually running for 3 hours.
Raiding is a primary focus for this guild, despite its small size and friendly casual atmosphere. Silver Fern is not active in PVP, therefore we ask our members to raid with appropriate PVE specs, gear and enchants. If you apply and you haven't bothered to gem/enchant, your application will not be looked on favourably.
Potential applicants are strongly advised to visit our forums where loot policy etc is discussed. Recruitment followup should occur within a few days of application. All applications are discussed by the officers, so there may occasionally be a delay if one officer is unavailable for a few days. The next step after review is for the applicant to run a couple of heroics with the officers to evaluate performance and if the applicant is a good fit personality-wise.
Applicants should be level 80, with spec appropriate gear of Heroic Naxx level, gems and enchants.
Recruitment needs are primarily for geared heals of any class.
